Based on the fact that everyone on our planet can be uniquely identied, we will learn to respect differences and how to recognize sameness. We will practice using these insights: how to deal differently with other character types and how will that affect them? Finally you will receive practical tips to deal with difficult people, downsize conflict and to win others over to your side.
